By placing an order for any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We shall amend our terms and conditions from time to time so we would advise you check these prior to any purchase to ensure you understand the terms and conditions which will apply at the time of purchase, you shall agree to be bound by such amendments or updates on subsequent visits.

We recommend you print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

Description of Goods

All images, product descriptions, specifications and advertising on our site is for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. We always endeavour to ensure all product descriptions are correct.  Please seek technical advice from ourselves or the manufacturer prior to ordering if you unsure.  Samples can be provided of colours and finished for many of our products.  There may be a small charge for samples.

We are entitled to make changes to the price of products whereby there has been an increase in our supplier’s price, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether and the order has been confirmed. In this unlikely event, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies at any time. Any price changes will be advised and agreed prior to us accepting your order.

ORDERING

Your use of our website, including any transactions you make, is subject to these conditions, our cookies policy and privacy policy (both of which can be found on our website).

  1. Payment for all goods must be via our website by credit or debit card. We will charge your credit or debit card upon receipt of your order. If for any reason we are unable to accept and are unable to deliver your goods we will contact you. Refunds shall be made to the credit or debit card used.
  2. On completion of placing your order online, you will receive an email acknowledgement. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted by us. We reserve the right at any time to refuse any order or part of an order.
  3. The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website. All prices are including vat at the current rate of 20% and are correct at the time of entering information.
  4. All products are subject to stock availability. Every effort is made to ensure stock we offer no guarantee and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer of sale.
  5. If goods are ordered over a weekend or bank holiday the order date is taken as the next working date.
  6. For bespoke and special order items we shall give you an estimated delivery date at time of order and follow up with a confirmed delivery date once known.
  7. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

Special Order and bespoke Products

Special order or bespoke products are manufactured to your requirements and include, but are not limited to the following products –

Inspirit collection

Fiora Bespoke size shower tray

Fiora RAL Colour Shower trays

Goods that are over a two week lead time are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Cancellation of order

If you wish to cancel an order the please e-mail sales@roomh2o.co.uk with your order number.  We will endeavour to respond within 1 working day.

Bespoke or special-order items may be cancelled only if the product has not started the manufacturing process.  This will be up to Room H2O’s discretion if the order may be refunded after this point.

If any order is cancelled before you receive the goods, all delivery and collection costs that have been incurred from our transport company will be your responsibility and this will be deducted from the amount refunded. Refunds shall be within 14 days.

All goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. We cannot refund goods that have been damaged whilst in your possession. Goods must be in a resaleable condition.

Any defects or discrepancies with any special order products must be reported to us strictly within 48 hours of you receiving your delivery.

DELIVERIES

Deliveries are to mainland England and Wales only

Products on Room H2O’s website have varying lead times.  The lead time information will be displayed on the product item and your order acknowledgment.

We will endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to any agreed delivery dates and times, these are not guaranteed, Room H2O accepts no liability or consequential loss for delayed or non-delivery from any cause whatsoever.  Room H2O advise that you not to book your installer until you have received and checked your goods. We will not be held liable for your plumber/fitter or other labour costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.  Late delivery shall not be the grounds for rejecting Goods or terminating the contract. Room H2O may affect delivery in one or more instalments.

Please check the goods against the delivery note to ensure the codes are correct and inspect the goods on receipt of delivery for any damage, or shortage. This must be reported by telephone or email within 48 hours of the delivery date.  Claims cannot be accepted after this period.

Room H2O advise that you take photographs of the packaging and sign the delivery note damaged if there is damage to the packaging.  If we are notified within the given time frame, we will then organise a replacement and collection.  If goods have been wrongly supplied or damaged in transport, then replacements will be sent free of charge.  We may not always be able to collect damaged goods and will advise at the time.

If you are unable to accept the delivery on the date agreed or the delivery details supplied by the purchaser are incorrect, then you may be charged for another delivery.

Deliveries will only be made to the address on the order unless agreed in writing prior to dispatch.

Goods will require a signature and cannot be left unattended outside the property. Assistance to the driver will be required if delivered by our own vehicle.  This will be advised on your order acknowledgment. Pallet deliveries will be delivered kerbside only, the driver will not carry goods into your property.

Please advise at time of order if there are access problems to your property, ie you live in a flat, parking not available for off-loading, extra charges may be applicable.  Standard deliveries are to ground floor access only.

Risk of damage to, or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time we deliver to your agreed delivery address.

DAMAGES ON DELIVERY

Damages must be advised within 48 hours of delivery.  We will be unable to accept any claim after this time.

Please do not fit any damaged goods, as we will be unable to replace or refund damaged items which have been installed. If you find your goods are damaged, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to rectify as quickly as possible.  We will not be liable for damaged goods that have been fitted.

All damaged goods, wherever possible, must be returned in their original packaging.

WARRANTY

All goods supplied by us are guaranteed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty details are generally provided with the product along with fitting instructions. Some products will require you to register the manufacturers guarantee, we do not undertake this on y our behalf.

All products supplied have a minimum of 12 months warranty.  Guarantee’s will not apply if installation, use and maintenance has not been carried out in accordance with the installation instructions.

Warranty Exclusions – Fair wear & tear, wilful damage, negligence, misuse, abnormal and weather conditions, modifications, or repair of Goods by unqualified personnel is accepted.

Proof of purchase will be required for us to action a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Labour costs to fit replacement products are at the discretion of the product manufacturer. Room H2O cannot be held liable for the cost of plumbers/fitters or other labourer in the fitting of replacement goods.
